Sandi Loytomaki is a single mother of two amazing children, Adrian and Devin…and more recently adding several other wonder filled children to the brood - Shemora, Coleson and Ahmed. Other labels people have given her through the years include healer, intuitive, medical intuitive, shamanic healer, business woman, channeler to name a few. Sandi sees herself as an edgewalker and all round wild woman – dancing, celebrating and bridging many different faith, knowledge and spiritual traditions. An ardent self-directed learner and community educator, she weaves and blends a variety of modalities and styles of learning. She operates several businesses including the original On the Winds of Change Healing Services, a private practice offering individual, partner or group sessions. Other businesses include Holly Oak, the Opening Way and One Heart One Hand.

Within the dimensions of the clinical offerings sessions may occur in person or at a distance. She serves those on a path of healing, self development/self-awareness, and conscious living. A portion of her service reflects the unique needs of trauma resolution, chronic illness and neurological illness. Sandi serves adeptly those questioning a spiritual path, those beginning a path and those who are well along their path. She is proud to serve people of all cultures, traditions and ages. In the recent past her clinical services were being offered at a distance only - through phone, email. In July 2008, Sandi resumed in person service on a limited basis.

Sandi is a teacher, seminar leader and workshop facilitator in a variety of areas related to health and wellness and conscious living. This includes and is not limited to areas of self awareness (body, mind, spirit and emotions), energy medicine, healing journeys, ‘Shamanic’ or rather - indigenous traditional medicine experience, drum making, intuition and integrating modalities. Sandi’s past associations with the Center for Traditional Medicine (dedicated to clinical, research and education of indigenous healing/knowledge traditions and a division of the Center for World Indigenous Studies) and InnerAccess101 (a company dedicated to teaching Intuition, Channeling, Medical Intuition and Past Life/Age Regression) allowed her to further explore both research and applied interests in the blending of Intuition, Indigenous Healing Arts traditions and Energy Medicine. Sandi’s past association with Nature’s First Law and the team offering retreats at Eden Hot Springs allowed her experience and the creation of opportunities to develop her connection to living foods and a further deepening of conscious living practices. Her current service is based on a combination of experiential training in Shamanic Healing, training in Traditional (Indigenous) Medicine and Energy Medicine (also recognized as complimentary and/or alternative modalities), as well as academic training in Kinesiology/Psychology specializing in neuropsychology. She sees her wealth and depth of life experiences as being crucial in developing her to be the person she is today.

Sandi understands the service she is here for as assisting others, like a bridge, in connecting to aspects of self and the world surround. She sees this as re-awakening the sacred, the journey into the self, that which is seen and unseen – the personal truth that each individual holds. She believes by developing or strengthening our connection within, we find our full potential and simultaneously, our connection with all our relations. On a broader scale, Sandi assists in bridging understanding across the many modalities (allopathic and complimentary) and knowledge systems (western and indigenous) in the health, wellness and conscious living spectrum.
