Javascript must be enabled for this site. In Internet Explorer follow these steps:

1. Select Tools, then Internet Options
2. Click on the Security Tab
3. Click on the "Custom Level" button at the bottom of the window
4. Scroll down to the "Scripting" section at the bottom of the window
5. Go to "Active Scripting"
6. Select Enable*
7. Click OK
8. Select "Yes" when the message box appears
9. Click OK in the last window
10. Press the F5 key to reload the page.

The vision and mission of the Winds of Change division includes:

*provision of space for ethical and quality readers, practitioners, service providers
*provision of opportunity for people to access a variety of practitioners
*provision of information for people on a variety of services, practices and traditions
*support for education - to be a vehicle for information exchange and a vehicle for people to share and express their ideas, philosophies and beliefs
*to assist the process of change - through the modelling and encouragement of attention and expression in a manner that is respect filled, honor filled and integrity based
*support and maintenance of the vision and mission statements of all other divisions
